1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
1.1 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.
Important: The 30-day period begins on the delivery date, not the purchase date.
1.2 Eligible Items
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- ✅ Unworn and unwashed
- ✅ In original condition with all tags attached
- ✅ In original packaging (if applicable)
- ✅ No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- ✅ No stains, odors, or pet hair
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- ❌ Items returned after 30 days
- ❌ Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- ❌ Gift cards or e-gift cards
- ❌ Items without original tags
- ❌ Worn, washed, or damaged items
- ❌ Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number
- ❌ Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll respond within 24 hours (business days) with:
- Return Authorization (RA) number
- Return shipping address
- Return instructions
- Return shipping label (for defective/incorrect items only)
IMPORTANT: Do NOT ship your return without an RA number. Returns without RA numbers will not be processed.
Step 3: Pack Your Return
- Place item(s) in original packaging (if possible)
- Include RA number on a piece of paper inside the package
- Write RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Securely seal the package

Shipping Method:
- Use a trackable shipping method
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Step 5: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll send you an email confirmation
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
3.1 Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cost-Saving Tips:
- Use USPS First Class or Priority Mail (most affordable)
- Compare rates at different carriers
- Use online shipping platforms for discounts
3.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We cover return shipping costs.
If you received:
- Wrong item
- Defective product
- Damaged item
We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Send a replacement at no charge
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
Important: You must report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
3.3 Exchanges
If you're exchanging for a different size or style:
- You pay return shipping for the original item
- We'll ship the new item to you at no charge (free exchange shipping)
4. EXCHANGES
4.1 How to Request an Exchange

4.2 Exchange Process
- We'll provide return instructions and RA number
- Ship the original item back to us
- Once we receive it, we'll ship your new item immediately

4.3 Exchange Shipping
- Your cost: Return shipping for original item
- Our cost: Shipping for replacement item (FREE)
4.4 Size/Style Availability
If your desired size or style is out of stock:
- We'll notify you immediately
- You can choose a different item
- Or receive a full refund
5. REFUND PROCESS
5.1 Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- Processing: 5-7 business days
- Bank Credit: 5-10 additional business days (depending on your bank)
Total Time: Approximately 10-20 business days from when you ship the return
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to original card
- PayPal: Refund to PayPal account
- Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refund to original card

Standard Returns:

Defective/Incorrect Items:

5.5 Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank/credit card account
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- Contact your credit card company (may take time to post)

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
6.1 Reporting Issues
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must:

- Description of the defect/damage
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Photos of packaging (if damaged in transit)
6.2 Resolution Options
We'll offer one of the following:
- Replacement: We'll send a new item immediately (FREE shipping)
- Full Refund: Including original shipping costs
- Partial Refund: If you'd like to keep the item (for minor defects)
6.3 No Return Required
For certain defects or damages, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring you to return the item.
7. INCORRECT ITEMS
7.1 Our Mistake
If we sent you the wrong item:

- Provide your order number and photos of the incorrect item
- We'll send the correct item right away (FREE shipping)
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item

You won't be charged for:

8. LATE OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window:

- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify shipping address in your order confirmation

9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers have the same 30-day return policy as domestic customers.

10. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

- We sent the wrong item

11. RESTOCKING FEES
We do NOT charge restocking fees for standard returns made within our 30-day return policy and meeting all conditions.
Exceptions: Partial refunds may apply if:
- Item returned without tags
- Item shows signs of wear
- Item returned outside 30-day window (at our discretion)
- Return not approved in advance (no RA number)
12. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
12.1 Gifts
If you received an item as a gift:
- Returns are accepted following standard policy
- Refund will be issued as store credit
- Gift giver will not be notified
12.2 Multiple Item Orders
If you ordered multiple items and want to return only some:
- Follow standard return process
- Free shipping threshold applies to remaining items
- If total falls below free shipping minimum, shipping cost will be deducted from refund
12.3 Sale Items
Sale items (not marked "Final Sale") can be returned following our standard policy for full refund of purchase price.
13. QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any quality issues (fading, shrinking, seam issues) after normal wear and proper care:
